The two games

Game 1

Collect the five letters

Teams of two roll the dice and move around the board. Each square draws a Junior, Expert or Fun question, answered within one minute. Correct answers win the letters L, U, C, I and D. A completed word lets a team steal a letter from another, and the team with the most LUCID sets wins.

1 Game 2

Two minutes to prepare, one to convince

Teams draw Team, Focus or Combo cards. Each card sets a real-life communication challenge and the LUCID strategy to use. Teams get two minutes to prepare and one minute to deliver. The other players vote, and a message with more than 50% approval wins a token. The team with the most tokens becomes LUCID Champion.

What is LUCID?

A set of two board games that train structured thinking and clear, concise, engaging communication, in conversations and in presentations.

Is LUCID the same as AI LUCID?

No. LUCID trains communication between people. AI LUCID applies the same principles to working with AI, with Concrete in place of Concise.

Internal trainers and L&D specialists who want to run game-based workshops on communication, as well as training companies and freelance trainers looking to broaden their portfolio with a proven, engaging method.

How many participants can play?

The certification includes 3 game kits for up to 24 participants.
