First year
Founded in 2014 the company grew each year in an organic and sustainable way, achieving recognition. Since the beginning, our clients were represented not only by Romania's big corporations but also those of Central and Eastern Europe

During the "Gala Premiilor de Excelență în Resurse Umane HR Club" event ("Excellency Award in HR Gala"), the project that won the first prize was "The „Generali Simpler and Smarter” Management School" a project in which we were one of the main service providers

First game-based learning product
We created Savannah - The Games of Emotionally Intelligent Communication.
2019
Recognition
In 2019 our clients voted us as being part of the top 3 training companies in Romania according to an independent study conducted by Learning Industry Awards on a sample composed of 576 respondents from the HR industry and we were honored to receive the "Bronze Award Company” prize during the Learning Network Gala

Our own embedded learning app
In March 2020 in the context of the pandemic crisis, in only a few weeks, we used the expertise we gained by implementing and developing various international projects in previous years in order to properly operationalize an effective way of remote delivery in all our projects In October 2020 we launched the Omnilearning Experience" strategy and our own
mobile learning and development app, LearnON.

Repeated success
What started in 2020, got put on hold until classroom training started again: S.A.V.I.R.O.A.D. - The leader-coach games was developed and launched
