The game

AI LUCID

A practice accelerator, not team building

Teams play around a real board, up to five teams per table, solving AI literacy challenges drawn from everyday work. More than 30 practical scenarios build pattern recognition until it becomes reflex. Each round ends with discussion and reflection. It's a safe space with real consequences: players make mistakes in the game, see the impact and learn without touching real work.

What is AI LUCID?

No. LUCID trains communication between people. AI LUCID applies the same principles to working with AI, with Concrete in place of Concise.

Does it teach specific AI tools?

No. It trains how people think before and after they use any AI tool, so it stays useful when the tools change.
