Chameleon – game 1 – Find the Hot Buttons

The first game offers learners a chance to explore a diversity of psychological needs (prestige, safety, connection, choice, integrity), discover the right power words to match those needs and adapt to the “color” of one’s customer.


It is a highly practical game where learners pair up and compete with other small teams, to become most skilled at recognizing the “color” of their customer’s need.

Chameleon – game 2 -  Cross the Maze of Reactions

The second game builds on learners’ ability to recognize hot buttons and moves to the next level: what is the right strategy to use when customers react emotionally? How do we turn rejection into connection


The game is collaborative, the sales team works together to come up with the best strategy for challenging customer reactions.
