Players discover the three dimensions that drive team performance and see how their responses affect each of them. They learn to design the best response for a 1:1 conversation.

Your Path as a Leader-Coach, at Speed

Players explore the eight micro-skills and learn to recognise and use them in any conversation, formal or informal, proactive or reactive.

2 Game 3

Your Journey as a Leader-Coach, in Action

Players run a simulated team. They apply the eight micro-skills to raise their people's engagement and performance, support them through difficult moments and score points for team level and new hires. Along the way they see the impact of each skill on retention.
