Learners will practice their people manager role in a complex situation and experience the challenges of  managing a team.

​

They will apply the 8 microskills, consciously seeking to increase their team members’ level of engagement.

​

They will be able to motivate them (by finding the right answer to their challenges) and support them (in VUCA moments that can affect the 3 dimensions of their performance).

​

They will also become aware of the 8 microskills’ impact on retention and attrition levels.
