Service Description

STEP 1: GET THE BOARD GAMES Each certification participant will receive complete package with course materials and the full set of board games prior to the first day of certification. STEP 2: MASTER CONTENT – Day 1, Jan 20, 9:00-17:00 GMT, lunch break 13:00-14:00 During the first day of the certification, you will explore and practice the key concepts and micro-skills behind the S.A.V.I.R.O.A.D. Board Games – in a facilitated, highly experiential and practical manner. 3 dimensions of the leader-coach impact • Sharing stories about impactful leaders • The Mind – Heart – Hands model The S.A.V.I.R.O.A.D. micro skills of the leader-coach – experiential exercises, techniques, case studies 1. Seek to understand – characteristics of effective questions 2. Appreciate – biases that hinder appreciation, types of appreciation (personal appreciation, indirect compliments, appreciating the process), appreciation routines 3. Value-based – how to start with the “why”, how to underline the “why” behind every “what”, the pitfalls of unstated assumptions 4. Integrate Ideas – the mindset of “yes, and” communication, coaching techniques for integrating ideas that need improvement, how to move from “yes/no” leadership” to “yes, and…” leadership 5. Reframing - 6 reframing techniques (the genuinely positive element, the lesson learned, effort as a path to mastery, success of others as inspiration, changing the time lens, bright spots and past successes) 6. Observation – the tendency to interpret, how to make the switch from interpretation to observation 7. Acknowledge – the inward versus outward mindset, ways of expressing empathy 8. Doable – action orientation versus abstract talk, coaching techniques for increasing action orientation (small steps versus final steps, power of experimentation, scaling what is already working) STEP 3 – MASTER THE GAMES – Day 2, Jan 21 9:00-17:00 GMT, lunch break 13:00-14:00 Participants will get to play the 3 games and go through the Facilitator’s Guide. STEP 4 – COACHING SESSION FOR EACH TRAINER Each trainer benefits from a 1.5-hour coaching session with the Master Trainer, during which can explore  Preparing to deliver the session  Debriefing the session post delivery  Clarifying dilemmas, challenges, ways of adapting the program to a specific organization or group STEP 5 – EXTRA PERK: YOUR VIRTUAL ASSISTANT Each trainer can also access the virtual assistant SAVIROAD AI.
